Our client, a leading Insurance firm, was looking for a Head of Operations to be based in Thailand, but their regional HR team in Singapore had not been able to fill the role. The ideal candidate would have expertise in Operations Management for a Non-Life Insurance business, as well as project management, change management and business transformation experience.
We began our search by focusing on local candidates, rather than overseas candidates that would need to relocate. We connected with as many COO’s in the market that met the client’s criteria and presented the role and the opportunity to those that we thought would be the best fit.
We managed the full attraction process and got a candidate through to the offer stage.
