Vivian is a Client Partner (Executive Consultant) within Argyll Scott’s Technology practice, based in Hong Kong. She brings over five years of experience recruiting across software, infrastructure, network, cloud, and cybersecurity functions, delivering permanent and contract talent solutions across highly specialised technical and senior leadership roles.

She has partnered with global organisations across a range of industries, advising on complex hiring mandates and supporting talent strategies in fast-evolving technology environments. Vivian combines strong functional understanding with a pragmatic, consultative approach, enabling her to build trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.

Raised in a highly multicultural environment and quadrilingual in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese, Vivian offers strong cross-cultural fluency. Having lived and worked across Canada, Korea, and Hong Kong, she is adept at navigating global hiring landscapes and engaging diverse stakeholder groups with clarity and sensitivity.

A lifelong learner, Vivian has broadened her professional journey through teaching English as a second language, co-founding a career coaching business, and completing certifications in health and wellness.
