* 7-10 PQE Litigation Legal Director - Dubai *

This role will focus on complex, high-value litigation across the DIFC and ADGM courts, acting for a diverse client base including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sophisticated litigation matters before the DIFC and ADGM courts
• Work directly with two key partners on strategic disputes and client development initiatives
• Advise clients on cross-border disputes, enforcement strategies, and regulatory issues
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team
• Play an active role in business development and strengthening client relationships

Candidate Profile:

• UK, Australian, or equivalent common law qualification
• Significant experience in commercial litigation, with exposure to DIFC and/or ADGM proceedings highly desirable
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and interact confidently with senior stakeholders
• Strong technical skills combined with commercial awareness
• A collaborative mindset and interest in contributing to a growing Middle East practice
