A leading financial services organisation is seeking a AI & Analytics Lead to lead and scale an enterprise-wide Finance AI capability.

This is a senior leadership role combining hands-on technical expertise, strategic vision, and global stakeholder engagement. You will drive AI-powered transformation across Finance — delivering advanced analytics, ML, and GenAI solutions that reshape forecasting, planning, reporting, and performance management.

The Role

You will design, deliver, and embed AI and analytics solutions across global Finance teams, while building a scalable capability model that elevates AI maturity across business units.

This role blends strategy, delivery, and leadership — ideal for someone who can move from whiteboard vision to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and analytics solutions across Finance
• Design and deploy production-grade ML and GenAI solutions
• Build forecasting tools, finance data products, and intelligent automation solutions
• Translate CFO-level business questions into measurable AI use cases
• Partner with senior Finance and Technology stakeholders globally
• Establish governance, scalability, and engineering best practices
• Build and scale a global hub-and-spoke AI capability model
• Drive measurable ROI, efficiency gains, and operational improvement

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 10+ years in Data, Analytics, or BI within financial services
• Strong finance domain knowledge (actuarial, accounting, forecasting, planning)
• 5+ years delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Experience operating at Senior Manager / Director level or above
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives
• Background in consulting or enterprise transformation environments highly desirable

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience with ML models, forecasting techniques, GenAI, and RAG architectures
• Understanding of data engineering, ETL, and model deployment
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk frameworks

Leadership Skills

• Executive-level communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to translate technical analytics into strategic financial insights
• Strong stakeholder and change management capability
• Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
• Outcome-driven mindset with clear OKRs and measurable impact
