About the Client

Role Duties

• Design and deliver capability programs and workshops to drive AI adoption

• Translate complex AI solutions into clear, business-friendly guidance

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across markets and functions

• Gather business feedback and relay improvements back to the AI team

• Track adoption, measure effectiveness and refine programs

• Support broader transformation and change initiatives across Asia

Role Requirements

• 8–10 years in change management, Agile, project management or capability development

• Must have in-house delivery experience

• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Basic AI literacy and interest in applying tech to business problems

• Analytical, adaptable and comfortable working across diverse markets

• Fluent English; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus
