A global beauty brand is seeking a category expert in beauty
for its APAC Key Accounts Manager
role to lead commercial execution across key regional retailers and distributors, including Sephora.
This is a high-impact, regionally scoped role managing commercial performance across prestige beauty channels, with a focus on go-to-market execution, sales planning, and trade growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial relationships with regional distributors and prestige retailers, including Sephora and Mecca
- Lead annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes, aligning sales targets, launch plans, and trade investment
- Monitor sell-in/sell-through performance and drive in-market actions to meet targets
- Partner with distributors on forecast planning, inventory optimisation, and pricing execution
- Localise global brand strategies into commercially viable retail plans across diverse APAC markets
- Support market expansion through distributor onboarding and new channel identification
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and global teams to ensure launch readiness and execution
Key requirements
- More than 8 years of commercial experience in beauty category
- Proven success managing regional retailers or distributors in APAC
- Strong understanding of retail trade mechanics, forecasting, and performance analytics
- Commercially analytical with a bias for execution and accountability
- Highly autonomous; thrives in a lean, fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Asian languages is a plus
