Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted brand strategies to engage audiences and enhance brand awareness.
  • Work with creative agencies to design and execute innovative campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials in collaboration with internal and external creative teams, managing the full process from briefing and concept development to design, proofing, and delivery, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Review and approve creative assets across all customer touchpoints to maintain visual and messaging consistency, including proper logo usage, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead market research initiatives to evaluate brand positioning, customer perceptions, and competitor benchmarks. Conduct regular brand health assessments and use insights to refine strategies and capitalize on opportunities, including preparing for upcoming brand guideline updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with regional and global brand teams to align local initiatives with overarching brand strategies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the services sector.
  • Proven experience developing and executing effective brand marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the branding and marketing material production process and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a complex organization.
  • Results-driven, with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
