My client is a well-regarded insurance company and is seeking several motivated Business Analysts to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to engage in transformation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the end-to-end project life cycle, starting from initial scoping through to post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, underwriting, etc. to gather and document business requirements.
- Assist in functional design, development, testing, and stakeholder management, as well as system and user training.
- Help identify reports for automation, consolidation, or decommissioning to reduce manual effort and costs.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of Business Analysis experience within Insurance industry
- Exposure to different types of distribution channels
- Strong logical thinking skills as well as ability to decipher requirements that are may be uncertain or unclear
- Passionate about business analysis, change management and business transformation
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Cantonese
