My client is an insurance giant, currently hiring a Lead Business Analyst to spearhead the successful implementation and adoption of an enterprise platform throughout multiple markets. This is a Strategic Portfolio Management platform which will define what strong governance for programmes look like and is a highly impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the Project Portfolio Management tool's capabilities, configuration options, and integration pathways
- Elicit, analyze and document business and data requirements to ensure fit for the new tool's functionality
- Drive
data remediation and migration efforts
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to different markets
- Write UAT scripts using PowerBI and lead UAT activities
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services, 4+ within Insurance
- Strong understanding of project governance, benefit realization, and reporting framework
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely strong communication and stakeholder management skills, near-Native English speaking skills
- Very comfortable using SQL, VBA, Vlookup, MS Access
