Business Analyst - Insurance - AI (12 Months) 60K / Month

A global insurer of mine is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. This is a team focused on driving AI initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to understand and document project scope, specifications, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and functional specifications.
• Translate complex commercial insights into actionable requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation of scope and requirements to facilitate successful project execution.
• Validate testing processes to ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience delivering AI / Machine Learning initiatives with familiarity in data visualisation tools & data concepts
• Experience with AI use cases
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
• Experience working in hybrid delivery environments
• Ability to work across both business and technical teams
