Business Analyst - Retail (9 Months) 55-75K / Month

A global retail client of mine is currently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to understand and document project scope, specifications, and requirements, particularly for innovative AI product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and functional specifications.
• Translate complex commercial insights into actionable requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation of scope and requirements to facilitate successful project execution.
• Validate testing processes to ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis & Project Management
• Solid experience in translating technical requirements into clear documentation, working with a large range of cross-functional stakeholders
• Preferably exposure to retail environment and an understanding of commercial and business aspects e.g. margins, promotion forecasting, etc.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• This is an individual contributor position so being hands-on and fully independent will be very important
