Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking for Business Change & Rebranding Analysts to support delivery across several insurance operations workstreams, including New Business and Claims. The roles will focus on coordinating changes to customer and distributor-facing documentation, communications and related digital touchpoints, ensuring updates are properly tested, approved, implemented and governed. Depending on the assigned workstream, the scope may cover New Business, Life Claims or Shield Claims operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage approvals, publication and version control of updated materials, ensuring superseded templates and content are appropriately retired.

- Ensure changes are implemented with appropriate controls and without unnecessary disruption to existing customer or operational processes.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across business operations, technology, vendors or third-party partners, and governance/approval stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent deliverables with structured tracking of actions, risks, dependencies and approvals.
- Hands-on experience supporting UAT activities, including evidence management, defect tracking, retesting and sign-off.
- Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail, particularly when working with customer-facing wording, formatting, document consistency and version control.
- Comfortable working in a controlled environment where documentation, approvals and implementation evidence need to be maintained for audit purposes.
- Able to proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies and escalate issues with clear impacts and options.
