We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client development and ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding journey for newly trained doctors. This role will provide both sales and clinical guidance and support, contributing to the growth of an international dental business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition and onboarding of new doctors through targeted lead generation activities, educational events, and training programs.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective doctors, including introductions, information sessions, and territory assignments in partnership with sales and clinical leaders.
  • Support doctors throughout the pre- and post-training journey, including coaching on case selection and clinical suitability.
  • Develop strong relationships with newly trained doctors during courses and ensure follow-up activities are executed effectively in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Work independently to prioritize activities, manage time effectively, and achieve agreed KPIs and performance targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to acquire, nurture, and successfully transition newly onboarded doctors into ongoing commercial ownership.
  • Support and execute education pathways, training curricula, and annual clinical event calendars.
  • Host and moderate online webinars, virtual meetings, and educational calls.
  • Maintain a high level of product, clinical, and digital workflow knowledge to support meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches, competitive offerings, and broader market trends.
  • Proactively engage doctors in discussions around digital solutions and in-practice benefits to drive adoption and conversion.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate activity, performance, and progress reports aligned with business objectives.
  • Travel regularly to dental practices, meetings, training sessions, and events, with occasional on-site support as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the dental field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the dental or medical device industry is highly preferred, particularly with exposure to dental practices.
  • Strong interest in education with the ability to quickly learn and communicate technical information.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of standard business hours as required.
  • Valid driver’s license and ownership of a personal vehicle are required.
