Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Group IT function. This role will support day-to-day coordination activities including invoicing, travel arrangements, procurement coordination, scheduling, and general departmental administration to ensure smooth operations across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative support activities for the Group IT team, including meeting coordination, scheduling, documentation, and team logistics.
- Support invoice processing, purchase requisitions, expense tracking, and vendor coordination activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, claims processing, and related administrative support for IT stakeholders.
- Maintain records, trackers, and reporting documentation while supporting day-to-day operational and coordination tasks within the department.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative, operations support, team coordination, or functional support roles.
- Experience supporting corporate functions such as IT, technology, finance, or shared services teams is preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
