Role Duties
-
Own end-to-end change strategy across all banners
-
Drive UAT readiness and business participation
-
Develop and deliver business-friendly training materials
-
Track readiness, adoption risks, and training completion
-
Produce SteerCo decks with clear, non-technical insights
-
Act as single coordination point for business-side change
-
Manage regional-level change champions / SPOCs
Role Requirements
-
5+ years in change management or business readiness roles
-
Proven experience with multi-site / multi-banner rollouts
-
Strong UAT coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Ability to translate technical changes into business impact
-
Retail, FMCG, or supply chain experience highly desirable
-
Immediate availability or short notice period is a must
