Job Description

  • Position Title: Enterprise Voice & Collaboration Engineer
  • Employment Type: 12-Month Extendable Contract
  • Location: Singapore

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Voice Engineer to support and manage enterprise collaboration and voice platforms across the APAC region. This role requires strong technical expertise across collaboration technologies, project delivery capabilities, and hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale communication platforms within a regional environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure, network, and collaboration teams to ensure seamless delivery, integration, optimization, and support of collaboration products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, administration, and maintenance for enterprise collaboration platforms including:
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Zoom
    • Webex
    • Kaltura Live
    • OpenExchange
    • Audio Conferencing platforms
  • Lead and support large-scale collaboration and voice technology projects across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to onboard and integrate new collaboration products and solutions.
  • Ensure high availability, stability, and performance optimization of collaboration platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and infrastructure-related issues across collaboration environments.
  • Work closely with network teams to diagnose and resolve issues related to data network infrastructure and connectivity.
  • Support platform upgrades, migrations, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support guides.
  • Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational support.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise collaboration and voice platforms.
  • Strong product knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Zoom
    • Webex
    • Kaltura Live
    • OpenExchange
    • Audio Conferencing solutions
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale regional or global technology projects.
  • Solid understanding of data network infrastructure and enterprise connectivity concepts.
  • Experience working closely with network and infrastructure teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new and emerging collaboration technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting collaboration platforms within banking, financial services, or enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to unified communications and voice technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure and cloud collaboration environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational support models.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, or collaboration technologies would be advantageous.
