About the role
You will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing compensation and benefits programs, while also contributing to workforce planning analysis. This role includes a key focus on workforce planning analysis, contributing to data-driven decisions that enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This includes conducting market analysis, developing salary structures, managing pay scales and incentive programs, and overseeing the administration of employee benefits. The role requires collaboration with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure fair and consistent application of compensation policies, while also managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Additionally, the analyst will focus on workforce planning analysis, utilizing data to forecast workforce needs, identify trends, and optimize resource allocation. This includes creating reports and dashboards to track key workforce metrics and support strategic decision-making. The role involves providing guidance and training to HR and management teams, conducting audits, and supporting annual budgeting processes related to compensation and benefits.
What we’ll like to see in you
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS systems, and MS excel capabilities are essential. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical skills set to be successful in this role. Experience in workforce planning and data analytics will be an added advantage though not mandatory. The ability to demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders will also be another key factor in contributing to strategic organizational goals.
