My client is a leading commercial solutions partner specializing in the Asian consumer market. They operate a vast regional network that facilitates the growth of top-tier global brands within the FMCG space. They are seeking a Country (Senior) Brand Manager to join and create impactful results in the fast-growing business.
Job Description:
· Orchestrate comprehensive annual growth plans and financial frameworks for the portfolio by blending regional mandates with localized consumer trends.
· Convert complex market data and competitive tracking into actionable strategies that capture emerging consumer needs and white-space opportunities.
· Direct aggressive expansion across modern trade partners while simultaneously scaling general trade and digital storefront footprints.
· Partner with sales and trade teams to ensure flawless in-market execution, focusing on high-impact merchandising and superior shelf presence.
· Architect end-to-end digital roadmaps encompassing social media, performance marketing, and advanced e-commerce optimization to broaden consumer reach.
· Lead the selection and management of celebrity talent and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build brand credibility and drive community engagement.
· Oversee the lifecycle of integrated 360-degree marketing initiatives, ensuring creative excellence across mass media and grassroots promotional activations.
· Direct the output of creative and media partners to ensure all campaign assets align with brand identity and maximize return on investment.
· Maintain full stewardship over the brand’s P&L, ensuring rigorous budget discipline and optimized resource allocation.
· Monitor progress against core KPIs and commercial targets, implementing agile pivots and corrective measures to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
· A relevant degree and 5–10 years of senior marketing experience in consumer goods are required.
· Extensive expertise in the Thailand market and major retail channel management is essential.
· Candidates must have a proven track record in e-commerce and high-profile influencer partnerships.
· Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive growth through strategic brand planning are necessary.
· Excellent communication skills are required to lead integrated campaigns and cross-functional teams.
