Be the HR leader behind a multinational business in Thailand. You'll sit next to the GM, shape who leads the business tomorrow, and still roll up your sleeves on the people work that keeps the business running today. No big HR team to hide behind, and no layers between you and the decisions. If you want real ownership inside a global multinational, this is the seat.
What you'll own
- Build the leadership bench. Partner the GM and leadership team on talent strategy and succession. Map the critical roles, name the successors and feeder talent, and build the development plans that get them ready.
- Turn global strategy into local action. Take global and regional people priorities and make them practical for Thailand: workforce planning, capability building and upskilling tied to what the business needs next.
- Run the people engine, end to end. Employee relations, performance management, people cost planning, headcount and budget. You own delivery and keep governance, compliance and documentation tight.
- Raise the bar on performance and development. Lead calibration and development cycles, back leadership and critical-skill learning, and work with leaders on targeted retention and engagement moves that make a difference.
- Be the trusted advisor. Give senior leaders clear, pragmatic advice that balances business needs and people risk, and work fluidly with regional HR, COEs and global teams.
What you bring
- 10+ years of HR experience in a multinational, ideally FMCG.
- Experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment preferred.
- Track record as a senior individual contributor or country HR lead, owning both operations and strategic people agendas.
- Depth in talent strategy, succession planning and leadership development.
- Hands-on command of Thai labor law and employee relations.
- Comfort working in matrix and regional structures.
- Fluent Thai and English.
You'll thrive here if you are
- Commercially minded and pragmatic, someone who starts from the business problem.
- Confident influencing senior leaders and comfortable challenging them constructively.
- Structured, disciplined and detail oriented.
- Self-driven, able to run the whole function without a support team.
Why this role
- The business is part of a global, values-led organization with a strong culture. In this role you'll be the culture champion who brings those values to life in Thailand.
- Real influence. A seat at the leadership table and a direct line to the GM.
- Global reach. Work with regional HR, COEs and global teams, and grow your career through a multinational network.
- A purpose people care about. A purpose-led business that invests in the health and wellbeing of its people.
