Credit Controller

We are currently partnering with a leading international specialty insurance platform to identify a Credit Controller to join their Singapore office.

This role sits within the Finance team and will play a key part in credit control, premium collections, and technical accounting support across both direct and reinsurance portfolios. A key focus of the position will be on resolving legacy balances, improving cash application accuracy, and strengthening collection processes with brokers.

Key Scope of Role

• Manage end-to-end credit control and premium collections across insurance portfolios
• Investigate and clear legacy cash and outstanding balances
• Work closely with brokers to track remittances and resolve discrepancies
• Perform cash allocation, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare credit control reports and collection updates for management
• Support finance operations and management reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Solid experience in credit control / AR within insurance or reinsurance
• Familiarity with direct and/or facultative business; exposure to London Market practices is advantageous
• Strong reconciliation, cash management, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working through complex or legacy transactions
• Proficient in Excel and finance systems
