Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
- Resolve queries efficiently with a focus on first-call resolution
- Understand pension schemes and administration processes
- Meet service KPIs and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate closely with team members and leaders
*Pension related training will be provided
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call centre preferred)
- Higher Diploma or above
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail, comfortable using MS Office and digital platforms
