Senior Data Analyst (AI Focus)

Role Overview

This is a hands-on technical role within the Data Analytics & CRM team. This is an (IC) focused on the end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. We prioritize technical aptitude and a builder's mindset over deep banking domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and implementation of machine learning models to optimize CRM and customer engagement.
• Hands-on development of Generative AI applications, specifically focusing on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and prompt engineering.
• Architecture and management of data workflows within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment using BigQuery.
• Translating customer data into actionable CRM strategies (personalization, churn prediction, next-best-action).
• Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production banking environments.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (essential) and SQL (BigQuery experience is a plus).
• Experience in a Cloud environment, specifically GCP.
• Hands-on experience with AI techniques: Embeddings, RAG, and LLM fine-tuning (preferred).
• Ability to handle large-scale datasets and translate them into business insights.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 2-3+ years of experience; we are open to candidates with less banking experience if AI/ML skills are strong.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
