About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and data-driven Data Analytics and CRM Analyst to join a leading financial institution’s dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between content strategy, customer relationship management (CRM), and data analytics. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimising digital content across multiple channels, leveraging insights to enhance customer engagement and project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and manage digital content for various platforms including email, SMS, MMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
- Utilise workflow management systems to collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of content that meets specific requirements.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, decisioning teams) to align on project objectives, expectations, and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough testing and reviews prior to system launches to ensure optimal compatibility and performance.
- Create and present comprehensive reports on project status, highlighting challenges, successes, and key metrics for stakeholders.
- Analyse campaign and customer data to derive actionable insights, suggesting data-driven enhancements and innovations for content strategies and project workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Data and Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within retail banking, specifically in digital messaging, data analytics, or project coordination.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex briefs into clear technical specifications, prioritising simplicity over complexity.
- Extremely client-oriented with a positive attitude; adept at negotiation, effective communication at all levels, and working well under pressure.
- Proficiency in digital technologies is highly preferred, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), HTML5, and CSS.
