Job Title: Demand & Value Portfolio Management Specialist

Location: Makati City, Hybrid

About the Role:

We are partnering with a global organization undergoing a large-scale IT and digital transformation to appoint a Portfolio Management Specialist focused on Demand & Value Management to support the prioritization, and tracking of strategic project initiatives across the organization. This role will manage project demand pipelines, support capacity planning, and drive benefits realization to ensure projects deliver measurable business value and ROI.


Key Responsibilities

Demand & Portfolio Management

  • Manage project demand intake, assessment, and prioritization across business and technology teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align project demand with strategic priorities, delivery capacity, and resource availability.
  • Support portfolio planning and provide visibility on project pipeline, dependencies, and prioritization conflicts.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to balance project demand against available team capacity.

Value & Benefits Realization

  • Define and govern benefits realization frameworks, including baseline metrics, KPIs, and ROI tracking.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure measurable success criteria and benefit commitments are established upfront.
  • Track post-implementation benefits realization against approved business cases and expected outcomes.
  • Monitor and report project value realization, highlighting gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Governance & Reporting

  • Prepare portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and value realization updates for leadership stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency in project intake, prioritization, business case evaluation, and benefits tracking processes.
  • Support governance forums, portfolio reviews, and steering committee discussions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting standards.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in PMO, demand management, portfolio management, or benefits realization roles.
  • Strong experience in project prioritization, capacity planning, and portfolio governance.
  • Proven experience in ROI tracking, benefits realization, and post-project value measurement.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Jira, or similar platforms.
