Job Title: Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to strengthen our luxury retail client's brand presence across digital and physical touchpoints. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate visual identity, producing compelling brand collateral, and supporting creative initiatives including photoshoots and multimedia campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a consistent corporate visual identity across all platforms and materials
  • Produce high-quality digital design assets, including website graphics, social media content, emails, and UI elements
  • Design print materials such as brochures, posters, event collateral, banners, and packaging
  • Support brand campaigns and corporate communications through strong graphic storytelling
  • Lead or collaborate on photoshoots: concept development, styling, and visual composition
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to ensure brand alignment
  • Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 4–8 years of relevant design experience in agency or in-house environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing corporate identity, digital design, and print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate business goals into design solutions
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with photography direction or content creation
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
