Digital Project Governance Lead / FS Enterprise / $80-90k P/M

We are seeking an experienced Digital Governance Lead to take ownership of establishing and managing programme governance across a portfolio of digital and data channels. This role is critical in ensuring transparency across multiple initiatives, driving prioritisation of client needs, and enabling delivery through strategic tools.

As a governance lead, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Technology to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure successful execution within a wider programme of activity. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on how digital channels are structured, delivered, and scaled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead governance across digital and data initiatives to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Drive programme and project management disciplines across workstreams.
• Establish effective project planning and execution frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Support prioritisation of client needs into strategic tools and solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in programme governance, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Securities Services
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives within digital, data, or technology environments.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Track record of delivering projects that improve transparency and execution across complex programmes.
