Digital Project Manager

• Lead high-impact digital initiatives and new projects in a regional & global environment
• Work with leading financial services player and cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that enhance customer experience
• This is a 12-month contract role - supporting long-term projects (2–3 years), with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance

Role Overview:

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital platforms that enhance the customer experience across online product purchasing, self-service, and product management. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative digital solutions that integrate the products, technology, and user experience. This role involves managing relationships with internal stakeholders, development teams, and partners, ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects and platforms across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of digital projects and platforms across the APAC region, ensuring successful rollouts and solution delivery for industry partners.
• Manage relationships with partner digital and technology teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving the digital agenda.
• Oversee multiple squads working on strategic and opportunistic partner segments, coordinating efforts across teams.
• Collaborate with business development teams to define and implement digital solutions for new business opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality delivery on time, within scope, and budget, adhering to digital architecture and security standards.
• Lead agile teams through sprint planning, prioritizing tasks for efficient execution.
• Manage post-launch support, platform performance, and security for digital sales platforms.

Experience & Qualifications:

• You should have at least 6+ years of experience into Project Management, with at least 3+ years managing web-based or mobile platforms.
• Regional experience, collaborating across multiple countries to define and deliver digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys (sales, service, claims).
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, and API platforms (e.g., Postman).
• Certified Agile Scrum Product Owner (preferred).
• Strong understanding of insurance products or digital financial services is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
