We are seeking an exceptional Divisional Finance Director to join the executive leadership team of a market-leading consumer health organisation in Thailand. This role sits at the centre of the division’s leadership agenda, acting as the financial and strategic partner to the VP , with broad influence across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

It is a business leadership position with end-to-end responsibility for financial performance, value creation, and decision quality across the Thailand division.

As Divisional Finance Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the division’s strategy, performance, and long-term sustainability. You will bring commercial rigour to leadership discussions, ensure capital and resources are deployed effectively, and drive disciplined execution across the business.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Shape and challenge divisional strategy through robust financial insight, scenario analysis, and commercial judgment.
  • Influence major decisions on pricing, portfolio mix, customer strategy, and market investment.
  • Own full divisional P&L oversight, with accountability for revenue growth, margin delivery, and cost discipline.
  • Lead divisional strategic planning, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
  • Translate strategy into clear performance targets, metrics, and financial guardrails.
  • Provide forward-looking insight that enables proactive decision-making and rapid course correction.
  • Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with corporate and statutory standards.
  • Oversee accurate, timely reporting supported by a shared services model.
  • Identify and manage financial, operational, and commercial risks across the division.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance organisation, building capability, succession, and business acumen.
  • Elevate the role of finance as a strategic partner across the division.
