Role Overview:
Seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect
who has deep experience in defining and driving enterprise-wide architecture strategies, leading a team of solution architects, and collaborating closely with both regional and global stakeholders. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the digital transformation roadmap and delivering scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the overall enterprise architecture blueprint aligned with business goals, IT strategy, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of solution architects to ensure consistent architecture standards and governance across projects.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT functions regionally and globally to translate business requirements into actionable architectural roadmaps.
- Drive the adoption of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organisation.
- Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions covering applications, infrastructure, data, and integration layers.
- Ensure technology alignment and synergy across multiple programs and platforms, including cloud, legacy systems, and third-party applications.
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies for fit-for-purpose adoption and innovation in the insurance landscape.
- Facilitate architecture reviews, compliance checks, and technical risk assessments.
- Partner with delivery and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience working in the financial services industry.
- Strong track record of leading architecture teams
and managing complex programs across regions.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships
with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration, cloud platforms, application modernization, and data architecture.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and architecture governance models.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
