ERP Business Analyst (1-5 years experience)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience

• 1-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Netsuite, or similar platforms.
• Strong background in IT applications, ERP solutioning, and business process analysis.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or supply chain-driven industries is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with omnichannel retail operations, inventory management, demand planning, or merchandising processes is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• System design experience would be a plus.
• Experience in solution design and process improvement.
• Good understanding of ERP modules and cross-functional integrations.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP certification (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) is advantageous.
• Experience supporting regional ERP implementations or transformation programs.
• Exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and middleware solutions is a plus.
