Finance Controller - Southern Thailand

We are currently supporting our client—a well-established international Hospitality business in Southern Thailand in the search for a Financial Controller position. This is a key leadership role with a clear path to promotion within a short period, based on performance.

Working Location: Southern Thailand

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, reporting, and compliance
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide financial insights to support executive strategy and business performance
• Supervise, train, and develop the finance team
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with local regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification ( CPD, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
• 7–10 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• OR open to younger high-potential candidates with strong leadership traits and hospitality finance experience
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a multinational environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Thai nationality required
