Financial Planning And Analysis Manager (FMCG, 150K)

My client, a leading global FMCG company, is looking for an FP&A Manager to join and oversee all financial activities within the organization. This role directly shapes profits with a focus on strong financial analysis and perfect accounting.

Job Description:

• Drive profitability through insightful financial analysis, including pricing strategies, credit risk assessments, and capital investment evaluations.
• Develop and implement innovative financial models and solutions, working closely with various business units to meet project deliverables and strategic objectives.
• Lead the comprehensive budgeting and financial forecasting cycles. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, enhancing reporting tools for effective decision-making.
• Oversee the accuracy of accounting practices, ensuring full compliance with legal guidelines and established accounting principles. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and policies.
• Provide essential financial insights and analysis to commercial teams, including detailed sales and marketing cost support
• Conduct rigorous cost analysis against budgets and prior periods. Monitor sales performance, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and provide timely, accurate financial information to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A/ finance controlling
• Strong understanding of IFRS and cost accounting principles
• SAP experience is a plus
• Fluent in English
