Fraud Management Manager / Global FS Unit / $55-60k HKD P/M

12 Month Extendable Contract / Global Banking Transformation

We’re working with a leading global bank on a high-impact transformation programme, and they’re looking for a Fraud Management Manager who can blend domain expertise with strong project delivery skills. This role is all about shaping and delivering change, with a focus on fraud systems and processes across a global footprint.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the migration of key fraud management systems as part of a major transformation programme
• Acting as the bridge between business and technology, bringing a PM/BA mindset to ensure successful delivery
• Driving enhancements in fraud detection, prevention, and operational processes
• Partnering with stakeholders across regions to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption to BAU

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record in project migration – this is a core requirement
• Strong background in fraud management, ideally within a global banking environment
• Experience in card fraud or card products is a big plus
• Knowledge of fraud detection systems, especially SAS and Feedzai, would be a strong advantage
• AML or broader financial crime prevention experience would be highly beneficial
• Ability to operate across both strategic and hands-on levels in a transformation setting
