Fraud Risk Analyst, Fluent English, 90K

Role Overview:

• Investigate suspected and high-risk fraud cases triggered by system alerts by collecting preliminary information, coordinating with relevant parties, and reviewing operational or MIS processes that may contribute to fraudulent behavior.
• Review and analyze data from historical fraud incidents and operational systems, including both system-identified cases and previously undetected fraud events.
• Identify fraud patterns, maintain records of fraudulent activities, and design fraud detection rules and prevention models based on transaction data analysis.
• Produce comprehensive reports on fraud cases, emerging risk trends, and exposure levels for management on a regular basis, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders by aligning goals, facilitating clear communication, and supporting timely decision-making to ensure successful execution of initiatives and projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Thai with working-level English communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results delivery and client satisfaction.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fraud risk management or fraud investigation within the banking industry or a related sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns or trends, and clearly communicate insights.
• High proficiency in numerical analysis and data organization, particularly using Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis, insight generation, fraud model development, and dashboard or visualization creation is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
