s appointing a General Manager, Taiwan
for one of its most important markets.
Reporting to the global leadership team, the General Manager (Taiwan) leads end-to-end commercial, operational, and financial performance.
Taiwan has historically operated with high autonomy and is now aligning to a data-driven, globally standardised operating model (performance management, merchandising planning, decision frameworks, KPI visibility).
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L leadership, delivering sustainable top-line and bottom-line performance
- Establish disciplined, data-driven business planning and performance cycles; strengthen KPI visibility and fact-based decision-making
- Elevate merchandising rigour, including demand planning accuracy and SKU productivity
- Refresh brand positioning and consumer relevance while maintaining value accessibility
- Lead organisational change and capability uplift, including analytics and cross-functional alignment; build a resilient, performance-driven leadership culture
Key Requirements
- Proven full P&L leadership in apparel, value fashion, fast specialty retail, omni retail, or adjacent consumer sectors
- Strong cross-functional depth across merchandising, marketing, commercial planning, and operations
- Highly data-driven, analytical, and structured decision-maker
- Demonstrated change leadership; able to translate global direction into effective local execution within a matrix or regional structure
- Hands-on operator in lean organisations; comfortable operating in high-performance environments where resilience under pressure is required
