Role Duties

• Drive technical solution design & execution

• Manage Agile software development squads

• Bridge product, business & engineering teams

• Coordinate cross-regional delivery dependencies

• Negotiate scope with technical trade-offs

Role Requirements

• 8+ years in software delivery or technical solution management

• Strong software architecture & system design background

• Proven Agile delivery management (Scrum/Kanban)

• Experience managing multiple squads across time zones

• Ability to negotiate scope with product owners & stakeholders

• Conflict resolution across competing priorities

• Fluent English; Malaysian / Asian language fluency is a plus
