Requirements:
- 10 + years of Client Services and Reporting experiences within a large scale financial services environment.
- This role will sit as a key member of the Senior Leadership team in their Hong Kong office
Duties:
- Lead a sizeable team across CSM and CS process improvement initiatives
- Be the key point of contact for client reporting across SLA’s, uploaded contributions, regulatory, customer complaints / customer services issues, operations and performance reports
- Manage escalation and resolution of critical issues leading status updates and de-escalating client complaint
- Manage a sizeable team and up skill / enhance where needed to meet future growth plans
