Head of Commercial (F&B Business)

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Commercial to lead our client’s overall business performance across Thailand markets. This role will oversee both marketing and sales functions, driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and ensuring effective execution through key partners and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define overall commercial strategy, integrating marketing and sales to achieve business objectives
• Drive revenue growth and market share through effective go-to-market and channel strategies
• Oversee external partners to ensure strong execution, market expansion, and business performance
• Collaborate across functions to align brand strategy with sales execution and customer needs
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and areas for expansion
• Lead product launches and commercial initiatives to maximize impact and ROI
• Own and manage P&L, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercial team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or marketing roles within F&B or FMCG industry
• Strong track record of driving business growth and managing revenue targets
• Experience working with partners, distributors, or key accounts in a complex market environment
• Well-rounded experience across both brand building and sales/channel management
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
• Excellent English communication for both written and verbal
