Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies
  • Lead and manage the HR team
  • Oversee recruitment and workforce planning
  • Design and implement performance management systems
  • Create and maintain compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and cost-effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
