Role responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Lead and manage the HR team
- Oversee recruitment and workforce planning
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Create and maintain compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Foster a positive organizational culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Drive learning and development initiatives
- Support leadership and managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
