Head of Medical Affairs

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the medical affairs team.
• Provide expert medical and scientific advice to support company's products.
• Build strong relationships with external experts and medical communities.
• Plan and review clinical studies and research.
• Share medical knowledge with internal teams including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs.
• Review medical and promotional materials to make sure they are accurate and follow legal rules, health regulartory, compliances.
• Support product launches by providing medical training and resources.
• Manage medical information requests from healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• Education background in MD. PharmD, or PhD in a health or life science field.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in medical affairs or related roles.
• Strong understanding of how medicines are developed and used.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals and external experts.
• Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
