Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the medical affairs team.
- Provide expert medical and scientific advice to support company's products.
- Build strong relationships with external experts and medical communities.
- Plan and review clinical studies and research.
- Share medical knowledge with internal teams including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs.
- Review medical and promotional materials to make sure they are accurate and follow legal rules, health regulartory, compliances.
- Support product launches by providing medical training and resources.
- Manage medical information requests from healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Education background in MD. PharmD, or PhD in a health or life science field.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in medical affairs or related roles.
- Strong understanding of how medicines are developed and used.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals and external experts.
- Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
