HR Shared Services Manager – SEAO (Philippines-based)

Overview

A fast-growing regional organisation is establishing a HR Shared Services Centre to support Southeast Asia & Oceania. This role will set up and lead the HRSS operation, delivering scalable, compliant HR and payroll services across multiple markets. You will partner closely with regional HR, Finance and Technology to stabilise operations and drive continuous improvement. This is a build-and-lead role with high regional visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and lead the HR Shared Services Centre supporting SEAO markets
  • Own end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle using SuccessFactors
  • Manage regional payroll delivery, including multi-country statutory compliance and vendor management
  • Lead, coach and develop a HRSS team; act as escalation point for complex cases
  • Drive process standardisation, automation and service-level performance

Key Requirements

  • 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong HR Operations / Shared Services exposure
  • Hands-on SuccessFactors experience (core HR, data governance, process execution)
  • Proven regional payroll experience across multiple countries
  • Experience covering Philippines plus at least 1–2 additional countries
  • Demonstrated people management experience in a regional or shared services setup
