Role Duties

• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning & backlog refinement

• Act as the main facilitator for the entire project

• Schedule and host key Agile ceremonies and meetings

• Proactively identify and resolve team impediments

• Guide the team on Agile & Scrum practices and values

Role Requirements

• MUST be a Hong Kong Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (written & spoken)

• Min. 5+ years total work experience required

• Must have at least 1 year of recent Scrum Master experience

• Recent hands-on experience using JIRA is essential

• PSM I or CSM certification is highly desirable
