About the Client

• Hong Kong serves as a key regional hub for Asia operations
• Significant and growing footprint across Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore, and Southeast Asia
• Currently making a multi-year, high-visibility investment in data and artificial intelligence (AI)
• This role sits under the regional Head of Data and Artificial Intelligence

Role Duties

• Design squad structures, roles, and reporting lines for AI delivery
• Define decision rights between central team and individual squads
• Map career pathways for artificial intelligence engineers and product owners
• Establish clear team boundaries and escalation paths
• Partner with two dedicated change managers on workforce adoption
• Ensure scope remains on people and organisation

Role Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in organisation design or people-focused transformation
• Deep experience in organisation design for large transformation programmes
• Background in financial services or insurance is highly preferred
• Proven track record in workforce shaping at enterprise scale
• Experience working both in consulting and in-house delivery roles
• Exposure to people TOM design and organisation restructure
• Prosci change management certification is a strong plus but not mandatory
