is hiring an International Head of Business/Sales
to join its hub in Singapore.
Reporting to the global leaders, this is a hands-on, player-coach role: you will close strategic enterprise deals personally and build regional sales engines across multiple markets.
The restaurant technology SaaS covers order/queue management, payments, POS integrations, and customer marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver enterprise new logo growth; own priority deals personally
- Build GTM by market: ICP, targets, routes-to-market, execution plan
- Run weekly sales cadence: pipeline, deal reviews, forecast, conversion
- Hire and coach the BD team; set standards and accountability
- Drive adoption outcomes with tight cross-functional execution
Key requirements:
- Enterprise sales leader in restaurant tech / hospitality SaaS
- Fluent in FOH workflows: ordering, kiosk, payments, POS; plus loyalty/marketing
- Player-coach: prospecting, deal strategy, negotiation, close
- Proven winner in a competitive category; strong sales discipline
- APAC multi-market judgement; comfortable with complex cycles
