An extremely reputable Insurance company is currently undergoing a transformation for the automation of their Financial Reporting function. Experience in process improvement will also be advantageous in resolving pain-points within their current processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Gather & document requirements, process maps, customer journeys, user stories for development
- Work closely with various functions within Finance and Technology
- Create test cases based on user stories and perform testing
- Process improvement and re-engineering for current processes
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration, computer science, engineering or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience - solid experience as a Business Analyst and comes from technical background (either as a developer / data analysis)
- Solid experience in Alteryx
- Experienced in Financial Reporting automation, preferably within Insurance industry
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese / Chinese
