IT Business Partner – SAP Supply Chain

Role Summary

The IT Business Partner – SAP Supply Chain is the primary liaison between Supply Chain business leaders and IT in a consumer products environment. The role ensures SAP supply chain solutions effectively support business priorities, manages demand and delivery across multiple initiatives, and drives senior governance through Steering Committees (SteerCo).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted IT partner for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Own SAP supply chain applications (e.g. MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM) and ensure alignment with business needs and IT strategy.
• Manage business demand, project scope, timelines, and dependencies across the SAP supply chain portfolio.
• Lead and prepare SteerCo forums, including status reporting, risk escalation, and decision support.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and system integrators.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while balancing run and change priorities.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience working in a SAP environment (mandatory), with solid SAP supply chain domain knowledge.
• Background in consumer products / FMCG / manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple SAP projects and timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience, including SteerCo leadership.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP delivery outcomes.
