Our client is a globally recognized FMCG organization with a strong presence in international and emerging markets. They are seeking for a Key Account Executive
with solid experience in the Modern Trade (MT) channel
to support their business growth . You will be responsible for key strategic clients , implement of category management strategies, optimizing the product assortment, and develop a promotional strategy
.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts in the Modern Trade channel, including business planning, promotion strategy, and execution.
- Develop joint business plans with top retailers (e.g., Tops, Big C, Lotte).
- Drive in-store visibility, innovation launches, and achieve sales targets (OTIF).
- Negotiate trade terms, manage customer investments, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead and monitor business development projects and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, or Channel Development.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven success managing large retail accounts and working with distributors.
- Experience in marketing or trade marketing is a plus.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and operate in a fast-paced, international environment.
