Lifestyle Relationship Manager, Affluent Cards

Argyll Scott is hiring a Lifestyle Relationship Manager, Affluent Cards, on a contract mission in Singapore.

You will join Argyll Scott as a contract consultant. The mission is with a global payments technology leader, supporting the high net worth cards team of a leading Singapore bank.

You will be the single point of contact for a group of top-tier cardholders, managing their card servicing and lifestyle requests, and building the merchant partnerships behind the programme.

What you will do

- Manage card servicing and lifestyle needs for selected ultra high net worth clients
- Deliver personalised account management and concierge services through partners
- Support the acquisition of new affluent customers
- Develop merchant partnerships and programme benefits for the affluent segment
- Monitor and manage the lifestyle services delivered by external vendors
- Work with product, marketing, private banking and service teams on the customer journey
- Organise client events and ensure KYC and compliance standards are met

What we are looking for

- 2 to 5 years in service management, relationship management or marketing, with affluent customers a must
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, to serve the bank's affluent clients
- Outstanding problem solving and service skills, with strong attention to detail
- Confident, polished written and verbal communication
- Available for client events on some evenings and weekends
- A genuine interest in travel, fashion, the arts, music, sports or theatre is a plus
