Logistics & Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Customer Service & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end customer operations and logistics activities. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, efficient import/export processes, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will act as the key point of contact for customers while overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Operations (Inbound / Outbound / Import-Export)

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, and distribution activities
  • Manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery

Trade Compliance & Tariff Management

  • Ensure proper classification of goods and understanding of tariffs, duties, and trade regulations
  • Monitor changes in import/export regulations and assess impact on operations and cost
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all customs and trade requirements

Process Improvement & Performance Management

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (On Time In Full), lead time, and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve operational issues related to delays, shipment discrepancies, or customer complaints

Customer Service Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution
  • Ensure a high standard of customer experience through timely communication and proactive problem-solving
  • Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to align on customer requirements and delivery expectations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in customer service and logistics operations , preferably within manufacturing or trading environment
  • Strong background in import/export and inbound/outbound logistics
  • Understanding of tariffs, customs regulations, and trade compliance
  • Experience managing customer relationships and acting as the main point of contact
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good command both Thai and English
