Role Duties

• Oversee daily investment ops: trade placement, settlements, and reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies

• Lead client and stakeholder communications (fund managers, custodians)

• Implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and accuracy

• Mentor and develop junior team members

Role Requirements

• 5+ years in pension/investment ops, with leadership experience

• Expertise in unit pricing, fund accounting, and regulatory standards

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/PeopleSoft

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Fluency in English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus
